PCCI provides review and gap analysis of Arctic Pipeline standards

In February 2018 PCCI completed a task for BSEE to conduct a comprehensive review and gap analysis of Arctic Pipeline standards, assess the suitability of a single-walled versus pipe-in-pipe system, and present information on some of the advancements in pipeline design, installation, and operations, that may be applicable to an Arctic environment.   The final report is now available on the BSEE website here:  https://www.bsee.gov/research-record/arctic-pipeline-standards-comprehensive-review
