PCCI wins $695k in arbitration against OWL International, Inc. (dba Global, a First Flagship Company)

The arbitration panel found in favor of PCCI on its claim for breach of contract related to employee transfers and funds withdrawn in violation of its joint venture agreement, and denied all of Global’s counterclaims.
